No, none of your data (besides your e-mailadres) is saved on our servers.
Is this another subscription?
No! We don't like subscriptions just like you. But there are cost involved to run this service so there is a one-time payment.
Can I try the add-in?
After installing the add-in, you can try it for free for 14 days. No credit card information required.
Can I install it on multiple inboxes for the same price?
Yes. The licence is per Intercom-user, not per Outlook inbox. Those are unlimited.
Is there a limit to the amount of e-mails?
No. In both the free trial and paid licence there is no limit to the amount of e-mails you can sync to Intercom.
Does this work on all Outlook versions?
Yes. This add-in works for Outlook Web and both the old and new version of Outlook for desktop.
